Mr. Verbond has the authority to represent our company in petroleum related business transactions, including crude and refined petroleum products, as well as other business ventures within the company’s business opportunities.
His representation includes but is not limited to: conducting inquiry on new clients (both buyer and seller); conducting new client initial conference with Buyer prior to introduction to CEO/Principal Seller; evaluating and deciding on approval/disapproval of new clients; conducting Proof of Funds due diligence on all buyers; completing transactional documents as needed, such as IPO; disseminating transactional documents to Principal Buyer ONLY, i.e., SCO, CI; accepting transactional documents on behalf of Lishma Oil, Inc., such as POP; representing Lishma Oil, Inc. at port of delivery in Rotterdam; traveling to meet with new clients as needed.
